Privacy policy
Peptide Tracker is built to keep your personal tracking data under your control. The developer does not operate a server that receives your compounds, schedules, doses, health logs, labs, or photos.
Your app records are stored locally in the app's iOS container.
There are no advertising SDKs, behavior trackers, or analytics SDKs.
Apple and RevenueCat handle subscriptions; Vercel hosts this policy page.
01
This Privacy Policy applies to the Peptide Tracker mobile application and this privacy-policy website (together, the “Service”). “I,” “me,” and “developer” refer to the independent developer of Peptide Tracker. The Service is provided as-is.
This policy explains what information the app handles, where it is stored, when limited information is sent to another provider, and the choices available to you. It does not cover information a third party processes independently under its own policy.
The developer does not automatically receive your personal tracking records. A few providers process limited technical or transaction information only when needed to provide purchases or this website.
02
Peptide Tracker can store the following information in its local app database or file storage on your device:
This information is used on your device to provide the features you request. The developer does not run a user-data server and does not automatically receive these records.
The app asks for a permission only when a related feature needs it. You can change permissions in iOS Settings.
If you email support, the developer receives your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to include. Please do not send medical records or other sensitive information that is not necessary to answer your request.
If you export, print, or share app data, iOS sends the selected content to the destination you choose. That destination's privacy practices then apply.
03
Some Peptide Tracker features may be offered through an auto-renewing App Store subscription or other in-app purchase. Apple processes the transaction, payment method, tax, billing, refund, and App Store account information under Apple's App Store privacy notice. The developer does not receive your full payment-card details.
Apple provides purchase and receipt information needed to confirm that paid features should be available. Processing is necessary to perform the purchase contract, restore purchases, prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
04
Peptide Tracker uses RevenueCat, Inc. to manage subscription status and unlock paid entitlements across purchase and restore flows. Because the app has no account login and does not provide RevenueCat with a custom user ID, the RevenueCat SDK creates and stores a random anonymous App User ID on the device.
RevenueCat may process:
RevenueCat processes this information to validate purchases, restore access, keep entitlement status current, troubleshoot subscription issues, and secure its service. Peptide Tracker does not send your compounds, schedules, doses, lifestyle logs, labs, notes, or photos to RevenueCat.
RevenueCat acts as a service provider for subscription data and may store customer data in the United States. Its own retention, security, subprocessors, international-transfer safeguards, and privacy-rights procedures are explained in the RevenueCat Privacy Policy. RevenueCat can be contacted at compliance@revenuecat.com.
06
The following providers perform limited tasks needed to deliver a feature. They may process information only in connection with their service and under their own terms or agreements.
| Provider | Purpose | Information involved |
|---|---|---|
| Apple | App distribution, purchases, billing, refunds, ratings, and platform services | Apple account, payment and transaction data, device and App Store activity under Apple's policy |
| RevenueCat | Subscription validation, entitlement status, and purchase restoration | Anonymous ID, device/platform data, product, receipt, transaction, and entitlement data |
| Vercel | Hosting and protecting this privacy-policy website | Standard website request, device, approximate location, and security logs |
iOS itself also performs local functions such as notification delivery, the camera/photo picker, printing, and the share sheet. When you select another app or service as a share destination, that destination becomes responsible for its own processing.
08
Local app data remains on your device until you delete individual entries using available app controls, clear the relevant content, or uninstall the app. iOS device backups may include app data depending on your Apple backup settings; Apple controls backup retention and deletion.
Apple and RevenueCat retain transaction and subscription information according to their legal, accounting, fraud prevention, and service requirements. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription or erase App Store transaction records. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account.
Support emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. You may ask the developer to delete support correspondence, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
09
Keeping tracking data inside the iOS app container reduces how often it must be transmitted. Access to the device and its backups is protected by the security settings you choose for your device and Apple account. Connections to Apple, RevenueCat, and this website use encrypted HTTPS transport.
No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Protect your device with a passcode, keep iOS updated, review backup settings, and share exports only with destinations you trust.
10
Peptide Tracker is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required by local law. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. If you believe a child has sent personal information in a support message, contact the developer so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
11
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability; withdraw consent; appeal a response; or complain to a privacy regulator. You will not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
For EEA or UK users, the relevant legal bases may include performance of a contract, your consent or requested action, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in providing, securing, and supporting the Service. You may also contact your local supervisory authority.
For California and other U.S. state residents, the developer does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because the developer does not automatically receive your local app records, requests to the developer generally apply only to support communications and other information you directly send.
12
Apple, RevenueCat, Vercel, email providers, and destinations you choose for exports may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Their policies describe the safeguards and legal mechanisms they use for international transfers. Local app records are not transferred by the developer unless you choose a feature that sends the specific information described in this policy.
13
The app and this policy may link to third-party websites or services. Opening a link takes you to a service the developer does not control. Review that service's privacy policy before providing information. The developer is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third-party services.
14
This policy may be updated when the app, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date and version at the top of the page will be revised. Material changes may also be announced in the app or through another appropriate notice before they take effect where required.
